The Mentorship Program
2019
Phillips developed and wrote the TCVR Mentorship Program for Travis County Voter Registration.
This is a program that is designed to partner more experienced VDRs with less experienced VDRs. The more experienced VDR, or Mentor, would then guide the less experienced VDR, or Mentee in a four cycle program to teach the VDR how to better register voters, and be a top-notch Civic Engagement Ambassador.
