From June, 2019, until present October 2024, Andi Phillips worked as a Graphic Designer for the Travis County Voter Registration (TCVR) Volunteer Deputy Registrar (VDR) Outreach Program.
With guidance from superiors, Phillips developed informational material for a variety of programs and civic education purposes.
TCVR VDR Training Packet

Phillips designed the training packet paired with the official Travis County Voter Registration VDR Training Program.

TCVR Voting Off-paper
2023
Phillips designed educational materials for Travis County Voter Registration, in order to educate voters about voting "off-paper."
​
In essence, if you are convicted of a felony in the state of Texas, it is illegal for you to vote until you have completed your terms of punishment or are "off-paper."

TCVR Voting while Unhoused

Phillips designed educational materials for Travis County Voter Registration, in order to educate voters about voting while experiencing homelessness.

Contrary to popular belief, those experiencing homelessness CAN register to vote, and vote, and these materials educate voters and VDRs about how to go about the process.

Senior citizens and those living in assisted living facilities are far more likely to vote vie Ballot by Mail,. Because of this, we also include Ballot by Mail educational material.
