TCVR Voting Off-paper
2023

Phillips designed educational materials for Travis County Voter Registration, in order to educate voters about voting "off-paper."

In essence, if you are convicted of a felony in the state of Texas, it is illegal for you to vote until you have completed your terms of punishment or are "off-paper."

These materials were designed for social media and print.
